The learner has to pay the programme fee through a Bank Demand Draft. The fee in the form of cash will not be entertained.

The demand draft has to be drawn in favour of IGNOU, payable at the city where your Regional Centre is situated (both at the time of Admission and Re-registration/Re-admission).
